Return Policy
All sales made through Mercado Hogar are subject to Canadian consumer protection laws.
However, due to the nature of international shipping, once an order has been exported from Canada, it is considered a final sale.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for items that have already been shipped internationally. This includes shipments sent to Cuba or any other destination outside of Canada.
Exceptions may only apply in cases where:

The product is lost or damaged during transit before delivery, and

The loss or damage is officially confirmed by the corresponding carrier or destination authorities.
In such cases, Mercado Hogar will either:

Replace the lost item at no additional cost, or

Provide a refund for the value of the product.
Please note that all warranty coverage ends once the product leaves Canada, and products shipped internationally are considered final sale items.
