Shipping Policy

At Mercado Hogar, we specialize in international shipments from Canada to Cuba for ours orders, offering a reliable and transparent service for our customers throught the agencies authorized to operate in Cuba.

Once your order is confirmed, our logistics team prepares, inspects, and ships your order in coordination with an authorized agent with contract with Cuba including Aerovaradero S.A. Correos de Cuba, Transcargo,  Agencia Palco and authorized mipymes.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.

You will receive a tracking number or reference once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Time

Delivery time may vary depending on the destination province in Cuba and customs processing.

Estimated delivery time:

Havana: 15–20 business days

Other provinces: 15–30 business days

These time frames are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, internal transportation, or other local conditions.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or WhatsApp notification with the shipment details, tracking number (if available), and expected delivery timeline.

Delivery Options in Cuba

We offer the following delivery methods:

Home Delivery by local Mipymes (subject to coverage area)

Pickup at the local offices or designated local warehouses of the Agent selected by you when created the order.

You can select the option more suitable  or Our customer service team can coordinate the most convenient delivery option for your recipient in Cuba.

Recipient Information

It is essential that the recipient’s name, ID number, address, and contact phone are correct when placing the order.

Any missing or incorrect information may cause delays or delivery issues.

Delivery Notification

Once the shipment arrives in Cuba and is ready for delivery, the recipient will be contacted directly by Aerovaradero or the corresponding mipyme to arrange pickup or home delivery.

If the recipient cannot be reached after several attempts, the package will remain in storage for a limited time according to Cuban regulations.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

In case of loss or damage during transit, Mercado Hogar will initiate a verification process with agent authorized used for your order.

If the loss is officially confirmed, we will either:

Replace the product at no extra cost, or

Issue a full refund for the product value.

Customs and Import Regulations

All shipments to Cuba are subject to Cuban customs regulations.

The recipient in must pay any customs duties or local fees required at destination.

Final Sale

Once the shipment has been exported from Canada, the order is considered a final sale.

No returns or exchanges are accepted after international dispatch.
